Stage 1 – Site and Server Analysis:
You need to make sure the foundation blocks for your web site on are good. This means looking at the server your web site is hosted on and how your web site has been built. This will identify if there are any problems with search engines robots looking or spidering your web site.
Here are some of the basic checks that may be performed:
- server response time
- server location (i.e. which country)
- black listed domain names,
- blocked IP address,

Stage 2 – Keyword Analysis and Keyword Research:
Choosing the right search phrases or key words to optimise your web site with is a fundamental stage and you need to make sure you get it right.
People have different process to choose the right search phrases and one such term used in the industry is called 'KOI' or 'Keyword Opportunity Index'. In layman terms, it means how competitive a search term is against the number of competitors competing with that search term and how likely it is you will get on the first page of Google.

During this process, we look at your web site content and relevance of that content to our chosen search terms / key words. This normally involves
- creation of optimised web content – this can be called SEO Copywriting.
- creation of unique web page content relevant to the search terms
- review page titles, meta data and alt tags
- an XML site map which can be submitted to Google site map feed
- improve web content to HTML code ratio and
- implement 301 redirects.
Stage 4 – Link Building or 'off site optimization'
Off site optimisation looks at increasing the number of inbound links to your web site via a number of processes. These include:
